**Position Summary:**
We are seeking a Marketing Technologies Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing marketing applications across multiple business units, supporting stakeholders in effectively utilizing these tools, and driving operational excellence within a dynamic marketing environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain existing software applications (Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, MuleSoft).
- Develop and implement approved changes, including programming logic and coding adjustments.
- Analyze application performance and work with users and management to correct deficiencies.
- Write and maintain documentation for software projects and programming issues.
- Support daily operations of all Marketing Technology applications, which includes:
- User account management and first-level support for user issues.
- Troubleshooting workflow rules, designing workspaces, user roles, and hierarchy.
- Customizing data integrations and managing security and data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including internal resources and third-party consultants, on marketing technology projects.
- Translate stakeholder needs into business requirements for configuration and development.
- Create and maintain basic reports and provide training for internal users.
**Qualifications:**
- Post-Secondary Education in Computer Science is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience with Salesforce.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is preferred.
- Proficient in Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and MuleSoft.
- Strong analytical skills to understand business requirements and workflows.
- Effective project and time management skills to support multiple initiatives.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- French language skills are considered an asset.
