**Location:** Hybrid - Canada (near a Marsh McLennan office)

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resource team as a Senior Human Resources Manager. In this critical role within the People Function, you will support one of our larger business units in Canada and work closely with People Managers to enhance the quality of people management throughout the colleague lifecycle.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deploy enterprise-wide HR programs and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers across all HR activities, including performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee relations.
- Support employee relations matters, including investigations and performance improvement processes.
- Coordinate the rollout and delivery of HR programs and contribute to process improvements.
- Cultivate strong relationships with functional teams and ensure alignment between people and business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local regulatory and statutory obligations.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to provide insights into candidate profiles and support onboarding efforts.
- Assist in managing organizational changes and coach less experienced HR Managers.
- Consult with People Partners and Centers of Excellence to improve delivery methods and local implementation.
**Qualifications:**
- Bilingualism: Advanced fluency in English and French.
- 5+ years’ relevant Canadian HR experience with suitable qualifications.
- Experience in employee relations case management and investigations.
- Proven ability to coach managers through the employee life cycle.
- Experience in identifying and implementing service improvements within HR.
- Strong understanding of local laws, regulations, and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with Workday or similar HR systems.
- HR-related certifications.
