**Opportunity**
We are looking for a Media Manager to join our Client Services team. This position will focus on managing client relationships and serving as the main point of contact for Flywheel. The Media Manager will be responsible for creating, monitoring, and tracking online marketing campaigns on Amazon and emerging platforms. The ideal candidate will manage large clients independently, engage in e-commerce media performance, and provide strategic consulting regarding investment levels, product assortment, and media support.

**What You'll Do**
- Lead daily and bi-weekly client engagements and strategy discussions.
- Assist clients in planning and developing budgets while delivering campaigns based on agreed KPIs.
- Provide guidance on product optimizations and educate clients on best practices to ensure campaign success.
- Manage keyword selection and optimum bid levels across various advertising options.
- Develop and manage reporting, analytics, and performance insights for digital marketing campaigns.
- Establish key metric reports, track progress and trends, and communicate campaign results effectively.
- Analyze customer shopping behavior for improved campaign outcomes.
- Manage promotional planning for client campaigns.
- Mentor junior team members to support their career development.
- Monitor campaign performance against budgets and provide regular analysis.
- Collaborate weekly with internal Retail teams for full-service engagement.
- Stay informed on industry news and trends, providing tailored recommendations to clients.
- Identify new opportunities for client growth and resolve any issues promptly.
- Highlight the value Flywheel provides to clients.

**Who You Are**
- You have 4+ years of experience managing accounts in a client-facing role.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and advertising, particularly with Amazon's platforms.
- Strong analytical skills, highly proficient in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Detail-oriented with excellent project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in developing and analyzing online promotion campaigns.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Innovative, adaptable, and capable of independent decision-making based on data.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with minimal supervision.
