**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a UGC (Underground Construction) Segment Specialist for our Quebec / Eastern Canada region. This role involves providing technical sales, service, and increasing market exposure for our technical offerings in the underground and mining sectors.

**Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and expand relationships with target accounts, engineering firms, contractors, and underground construction organizations.
- Provide onsite and offsite technical support and training for our chemical injection products and equipment.
- Sell to target accounts by offering account-centric product solutions, driving new technology, and expanding relationships.
- Develop action plans and conduct market analysis to identify trends for prioritized accounts.
- Maintain a high degree of technical expertise across all product lines and market applications.
- Marshal resources and manage processes for product introductions and demonstrations.
- Represent the company at tradeshows and seminars, promoting products and technologies through demonstrations.
- Work underground at customer sites; access confined spaces, tunnels, and underground mines.

**Qualifications:**
- Mining Engineering or Mining Technology degree required.
- Knowledge of ‘Mine Backfill’ and concrete/admixture technology is a plus.
- 5 years of industry experience in sales and business related to mining, including knowledge of ground support technologies.
- Experience with sprayed and in situ concrete, including mix designs and shotcrete applications.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid passport and driver’s license; ability to travel 50% or more.
- Previous underground experience is an asset.
