**Job Title: Client Advisory Representative - CIBC**

**Position Overview:**
As a Client Advisory Representative, you will be responsible for raising CIBC brand awareness in Canada’s largest airports. Your main duties will involve promoting, educating, and enrolling both new and existing clients into CIBC products, particularly focusing on credit card sales. This role requires a full-time on-site presence at the MFSS kiosks located inside Toronto Pearson International Airport (Terminals 1 and 3), operational year-round with extended hours.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Business Development:** Engage prospective clients in needs-based sales discussions to identify credit card sales opportunities, driving sales growth through exceptional client service.
- **Sales Execution:** Complete all forms and applications accurately, and track and record sales activities. Process valid transactions and maintain client confidentiality.
- **Client Experience:** Deliver consistent client service excellence and support the business unit in meeting credit card sales targets.
- **Leveraging Technology:** Become proficient in CIBC’s mobile banking applications, assisting clients in managing their banking needs.
