**Your Impact as New Patient Coordinator:**
Key responsibilities include:
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival.
- Schedule appointments for new and returning patients.
- Manage patient statuses and maintain accurate records.
- Handle incoming correspondence and manage patient files.
- Confirm appointment reminders and follow up on no-shows.
- Process payments and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain the front desk and waiting area.
- Participate in staff meetings and collaborate with team members.

**Qualifications:**
- Two years of administration experience within a clinical setting.
