**Position Overview**
As a National Business Sales Advisor, you will manage key relationships and engage in solution selling to acquire new customers and grow existing accounts within Rogers Small Business clients. Reporting to the Manager, National SMB Sales, you will conduct sales conversations over the phone and chat, showcasing the full portfolio of Rogers’ small business solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver a world-class client experience in every interaction.
- Handle inbound sales calls to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions including Wireless, Wireline, Internet of Things, Fleet Management, and Data Center Solutions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by demonstrating customer-focused behaviors.
- Successfully manage a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and multi-tasking.
- Collaborate effectively with teams to enhance client experience and drive sales.
- Keep up with product training and participate in ongoing learning opportunities.
- Perform end-to-end order entry through multiple sales and service order tools.
- Adhere to the Rogers Business Code of Conduct in all activities.
**Qualifications**
- Experience in an outbound/outside B2B sales role or a combination of proactive B2C sales.
- Familiarity with various sales techniques and funnel management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Proven ability to thrive in high-pressure environments.
- Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
- Flexibility to work Monday to Friday to meet client needs.
- Proficient in MS Outlook and other MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with Salesforce is an asset.
