**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist
**Location:** South East Brampton (Bramalea area)

**Sign-on Bonus:** Up to $5,000.00

SE Health is seeking exceptional Occupational Therapists to provide person-centered care and support to clients in their homes. **Responsibilities:**
- Conduct assessments of clients’ needs.
- Formulate goals and recommendations based on assessments.
- Plan and implement client-centered, goal-directed treatment programs.

**Requirements:**
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program and member in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Previous experience in acute/rehab or community-based rehabilitation preferred.
- Reliable, flexible, self-directed professional with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new computer applications.
