**Position Overview:**
As part of the regional CBI Home Health Services team, you will work in the home care setting, providing high-quality rehabilitation services. Provisional supervision is available for new graduates, and we offer flexible caseloads to accommodate both full-time and part-time commitments.

**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services to clients in their homes.
- Embrace person and family-centered care approaches.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team while also working independently.
- Utilize advanced virtual technology for client interactions and consultations.
- Travel within the community as required for client visits.

**Qualifications:**
- Registration in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
- Passionate about client care with excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Bilingual language skills in English and French are an asset.
- Comfortable working with new software and systems.
