**The Opportunity:**
The Operations and Talent Development Coordinator will support the deployment, planning, and delivery of initiatives both virtually and in person. This role requires collaboration with both the Operations and Talent Development teams and participation in key learning initiatives. The Coordinator will ensure synergies with both the Americas and Global programs while effectively balancing independent work and a consultative approach with team members. Strong project management skills are necessary to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with team members on logistical planning, deployment, and communication of projects
- Assist with the creation and refinement of presentations
- Support both virtual and onsite sessions, ensuring overall deployment
- Navigate and manage data in Excel, focusing on key priorities
- Create and send communications aligned with programs
- Partner with the Americas and Global teams to ensure successful program delivery
- Organize and participate in debriefs focusing on continuous improvement
- Compile and summarize reports
- Support team budget management
- Assist with the EY Badges program and respond to learner queries
- Ensure compliance with the Global CE Policy process

**Qualifications:**
- Education or experience in Human Resources, Learning, or Talent Development
- Proficient in advanced Excel and PowerPoint (pivot tables and VLOOKUP)
- Experience with Zoom, MS Teams, Office 360, and SharePoint
- Bilingualism in English and French is an asset

**Salary Range:**
The salary range for this position in British Columbia is $56,400 to $84,600, determined by various factors including education, experience, knowledge, and work location.
