**Job Summary:**
The Organizational Effectiveness Specialist will support a system-wide application of behavioral science knowledge that enhances organizational performance and individual development. The OE Specialist will facilitate inclusive, innovative methodologies for learning, leadership development, change management, strategic planning, organization design, performance management, coaching, and work/life balance to maximize the skills and abilities of Baycrest staff in fulfilling the organization's mission and goals.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the planning, development, delivery, and evaluation of organizational development activities aligned with the strategic direction of the organization.
- Identify, implement, and evaluate approaches/interventions to improve organizational effectiveness.
- Provide group facilitation support for strategic planning and team development.
- Develop learning strategies for Baycrest initiatives/projects and manage parts of the learning design and delivery process.
- Support/coacManagers and departments with planning and delivering department-specific change management, improvement, or learning activities.
- Advise on internal and external learning and organizational development issues.
- Search for and prepare proposals for externally contracted learning and development services.
**Qualifications:**
- University degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- Adult Education Certificate required; Change Management Certificate an asset.
- Three to five years of related experience.
- Demonstrated effective coaching, facilitating, and systems thinking skills.
- Advanced understanding of methodologies for learning, strategic planning, organization design, leadership development, change management, performance management, coaching, diversity, and developing a healthy workplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, listening, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time/project management skills.
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives.
