At OSL, we are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Outbound Sales Representatives for the New Tenant Residential Program (NTRP). In this fast-paced role, you will handle high call volumes on direct, high-value leads, requiring strong sales expertise.

**Responsibilities:**
- Work from a vetted list of potential customers in new construction homes to promote premium Bell products.
- Identify customer needs and offer tailored solutions while providing exemplary customer service.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to develop strategies.
- Utilize the Salesforce CRM system for territory and funnel management.
- Represent the Bell Canada brand with optimism, empathy, and integrity.
- Build rapport and sell effectively over the phone.
