**About The Role**
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and expanding BSI America’s product and service offerings related to ISO standards and certifications. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a target-driven environment and enjoy nurturing long-term client relationships.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Drive Sales Growth**: Develop and nurture relationships with clients while identifying and securing new business through prospecting and cold calling.
- **Consultative Selling**: Engage with key decision-makers in small to midsize organizations to present BSI products and services.
- **Pipeline Development**: Identify and qualify new business leads to build a continuous sales pipeline.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Foster strong relationships with clients for continuous business growth.
- **Market Trend Identification**: Monitor industry trends to strategize revenue generation opportunities.
- **Accurate Reporting**: Provide timely sales reports to support forecasting and strategy development.
- **Travel for Success**: Conduct quarterly visits to clients to strengthen relationships.

**Qualifications:**
- **Sales Experience**: Minimum of four years in a sales role.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with the certification industry and/or ISO standards is a plus.
- **Multilingual**: Fluency in English and French.
- **Exceptional Communication Skills**: Strong ability to negotiate and influence.
- **Collaboration Mindset**: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Experience with CRM tools like SAP and Salesforce is an advantage.
- **Valid Driver's License**: Required for client visits on a quarterly basis.

**Compensation:**
The base salary for this position ranges from $69,700.00 - $82,000.00 CAD annually, plus commission. Actual compensation is based on factors such as experience, education, location, and divisional budget.
