**Position: Payroll Support Product Analyst**

**Job Overview**
CMiC is a global Software Development firm specializing in enterprise financial and cost management systems for the Construction and Engineering industries. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Payroll Support Product Analyst. This role involves providing support for our client's Global Payroll Product, primarily focused on US and Canadian payroll.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide ongoing email and telephone support for client inquiries.
- Gather requirements and conduct analysis for various projects as directed.
- Participate in new client implementations, including payroll analysis and setup.
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure defects are identified and resolved.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.
- Triage product queues daily and review customer questions and reported issues.
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries through web meetings.
- Collaborate with Product Team members on customer inquiries and issue resolutions.
- Test system scenarios and duplicate issues to assist customers.
- Ensure timely issue resolution according to customer expectations.
- Participate in project and team meetings and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Comply with company standards, procedures, and policies.

**Requirements**
- College/university degree or significant payroll experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience working with clients or in a team-based environment under pressure.
- Background in Payroll, either in a payroll department or with a payroll software provider.
- Canadian or U.S. Payroll Certification is a plus.
- Experience with ADP, Ceridian, Paylocity, Workbrain, and HCM Software is an asset.
- Experience in software support or software quality assurance is a benefit.
- Familiarity with web-based client applications and SQL databases is an advantage.
