**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a Performance Media Specialist with drive, passion, and energy to create exceptional outcomes. Reporting directly to a Performance Supervisor, your primary day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Supporting the execution of best-in-class strategies in performance media, specifically in paid search and paid social.
- Owning campaign pacing and trafficking.
- Assisting the team with optimizations and reporting.
- Leading activation quality assurance work and troubleshooting to deliver best-in-class service.
- Managing budgets, billing, and reconciliation.
- Conducting search, social, and digital insights mining.

**Qualifications:**

- Willingness to learn and passion for the industry.
- Strong quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Team player with a proactive attitude and desire to succeed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- General knowledge of Google AdWords and Facebook Ads.
- Familiarity with Google Drive products and/or Microsoft Office Suite (Google Sheets/Excel, Google Slides/PowerPoint, Google Docs/Word).
- Bilingualism is an asset.
