**Position: Performance Engineer**

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead performance testing efforts for complex projects.
- Develop and maintain testing tools and scripts to streamline assessments.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to resolve performance challenges.
- Stay current with cutting-edge methodologies and tools to ensure effectiveness.

**Requirements:**
- B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years of experience in software testing or related roles.
- 3-5 years of experience in performance engineering or a related field.
- Proficiency in performance testing tools and methodologies.
- Experience designing and executing performance tests for microservices and containerized applications.
- Familiarity with performance frameworks like k6 or similar tools.
- Strong analytical skills to identify bottlenecks in performance data.
- Proven ability to independently manage projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
