**Position Overview:**
Reporting to the Planning & Schedule Management Lead for the GO Expansion Program, you will be a key member of the Integrated Program Delivery Team (IPDT). The role emphasizes exceeding client expectations and managing contract transformations while engaging stakeholders across a sizable, multidisciplinary program delivery team.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Implement and manage Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) best practices within contract management.
- Engage stakeholders in contract transformation under the PDP/IPDT model.
- Develop and update planning and scheduling procedures to align with best practices.
- Provide expertise in Planning & Schedule Management to program stakeholders.
- Manage relationships among stakeholders, vendors, contractors, and project teams.
- Advise on transforming delivery teams and supply chain cultures through innovative models.
- Address contract issues, disputes, and claims, developing robust solutions and procedures.
- Support the development of a Program Contingency Management Process.
- Ensure consistency in Planning & Schedule practices across projects and supply chains.
- Share best practices and lessons learned throughout the program.

**Qualifications:**

- Education: Degree or equivalent experience in Commercial and Contract Management.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in Planning and Schedule Management, specifically in Rail and Transit projects.
- Technical Competencies: Familiarity with IPDT Delivery Model, Power BI knowledge is an asset.
- Professional Qualifications: A certification or progress towards one is an advantage.
