**The Impact You Will Have**

As the Portfolio Marketing Manager in Softchoice’s Solutions & Alliances organization, you will define and communicate the strategic narrative for our portfolios and value propositions. This role will set the direction for both internal and external communication. You will report to the Senior Manager of Portfolio Marketing and work closely with the leadership team and solution development leads in the Workplace business unit.

**What You’ll Do**

- Identify priorities for Softchoice’s Workplace business unit in partnership with the leadership team.
- Define the strategy for effective portfolio positioning in the market.
- Develop a go-to-market strategy that includes message development, content creation, sales enablement, and campaign planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the go-to-market strategy.
- Conduct market research and work with subject matter experts to define value propositions and differentiators for Workplace solutions.
- Build messaging frameworks for priority solutions.
- Lead the development of sales materials, including data sheets, presentations, call scripts, and explainer videos.
- Plan and prioritize the launch of new Workplace services.
- Collaborate on brand awareness and lead generation campaigns.
- Monitor portfolio performance and use data to inform marketing activities.

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**

- 8+ years of experience in marketing communications within the B2B technology space.
- A deep understanding of Workplace technologies and customer needs.
- Strong experience in creating positioning statements and messaging frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and cross-functional collaboration.
- Creative thinking and strong presentation capabilities.
- Ability to write for various audiences and stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Solution-focused team player capable of working autonomously in a remote setting.
- Strong project management skills.
