**Position Overview:**
JELD-WEN is seeking a Pricing Data Analyst to join our team. You will report to the Canadian Pricing Manager and be responsible for customer analysis, reporting, and internal analytics to enhance decision-making processes, while ensuring pricing accuracy across Canada.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Analyze customer data to identify insights and trends.
- Develop data analysis tools to address incomplete data.
- Support sales with customer quotes.
- Manage and update price lists.
- Develop internal and customer-facing reports that present data effectively.
- Maintain and improve existing data analysis tools and reports.
- Perform daily SOX control audits for various Canadian plants.
- Verify potential pricing discrepancies against the master database in the ERP system.
- Utilize query tools to generate custom reports for analyzing pricing discrepancies.
- Run BOM (Bill of Material) queries for analysis of item costs.
- Create and maintain visual dashboards (Power BI or equivalent) showing SOX KPIs and audit performance.
- Chair monthly audit control sessions with each plant to identify trends or concerns.
- Track corrective action tickets for discovered pricing errors.

**Job Requirements:**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a team.
- Strong prioritization skills for time-sensitive tasks with attention to detail.
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for communication across departments.
- Solid analytical and organizational skills.
- Experience using an ERP system is an asset.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and/or reporting databases (QlikView, etc.).
- Familiarity with software packages including SAS, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Access.
- Passion for data and analytics.
