**Job Title: Principal Product Manager - Propelix**

At Jerry, we are building the AllCar™ super app to simplify all aspects of car ownership. We launched our first LLM-powered chatbot in April 2023, capable of addressing over 200,000 monthly messages from customers via Chat and SMS, achieving a response rate of 93% without human intervention.

**About The Opportunity**
We are seeking a Principal Product Manager to lead the product development, implementation, and success of Propelix, our B2B GenAI prompt engineering platform. This role will be pivotal at the intersection of go-to-market and product strategies.

**Responsibilities**
- Drive the development of Propelix from inception to launch, engaging directly with early customers to refine product-market fit based on feedback.
- Utilize customer insights to identify and develop new features, integrations, and processes that enhance customer success and growth.
- Deeply understand customer needs by asking penetrating questions and customizing our technology for impactful results.
- Own and execute the implementation process for early Propelix customers to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Manage all aspects of our B2B Propelix product to position it as a leading GenAI prompt engineering platform provider within the insurance industry.

**Requirements**
- **Systems Thinking:** Ability to bring structure to ambiguous situations, demonstrating curiosity and creative thinking.
- **Initiative:** Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
- **Organizational Skills:** Exceptional project management abilities to effectively manage clients, stakeholders, and project timelines.
- **Communication:** Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences, including technical and non-technical stakeholders.

**Ideal Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in a rigorous discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience, ideally combining structured problem-solving (MBB, VC, or PE) and experience building products in an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.
