**Your Role Within The Team:**
- Assist in the development and preparation of engineering procurement support deliverables for nuclear and conventional systems in accordance with quality assurance programs and project requirements.
- Perform engineering work related to specifications, assessments, and the supply of mechanical components for New Build Nuclear Power Plants.
- Provide technical support to engineering stakeholders regarding cost, quality, and availability of equipment and components.
- Review and accept Manufacturer’s documentation and obtain client acceptance as required.
- Prepare and/or review engineering quotation request packages and technical tender evaluations.
- Conduct complex procurement engineering and design support assignments independently or with limited supervision.
- Provide technical guidance to team members and support employees on projects.
- Conduct site visits to client and manufacturer facilities.
- Ensure adherence to project delivery requirements and company quality program requirements.
- Coordinate and interface with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to execute assigned engineering work.

**The Ideal Candidate:**
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Engineering Science from an accredited university (or equivalent).
- Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in mechanical and/or process system engineering, with exposure to the manufacture/supply of components for Nuclear or Conventional Power Plants.
- Experience in an EPC/project delivery environment is an asset.
- Knowledge of mechanical equipment and engineering principles.
- Familiarity with nuclear codes and standards, including CSA N285.0 and ASME codes is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to become a Nuclear Energy Worker (NEW).
- Eligibility for Security Clearance through Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC).
