**Position Summary**
As a PIM Specialist, you will be responsible for managing Linde Canada’s product information and associated digital assets. This role involves creating and maintaining processes for over 30,000 SKUs in Linde Canada’s online store, ensuring a dynamic online shopping experience for customers. You will collaborate closely with product managers and the eCommerce team to enrich product information and maintain digital assets.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Define and manage PIM processes.
- Develop taxonomy, schema, and data models for PIM.
- Create automation and workflow to support PIM processes and data quality.
- Coordinate with Product Specialists, Sales Team, and Marketing Team to maintain accurate product information.
- Optimize existing product listings and add new products with enhanced content.
- Design product landing pages in collaboration with the eCommerce team for improved SEO.
- Conduct data analysis and KPI reporting on product completeness and sales effectiveness.
- Maintain SEO best practices and evaluate new opportunities for traffic growth.
- Lead data governance and quality initiatives ensuring consistency of asset and product information.
- Audit product information for accuracy and completeness.
**Qualifications**
- College diploma, University degree, or relevant job-related experience.
- 2+ years of experience in product information or catalog management, preferably in a B2B eCommerce environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, JD Edwards) is a plus.
- Knowledge of eCommerce and SEO tactics.
- Experience with PIM software (e.g., Syndigo, Plytix, Salsify, InRiver).
- Proficiency in both English and French is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
