**Product Lead - Propelix**

**About The Opportunity:**
Jerry is developing the AllCar™ super app, offering innovative solutions in car ownership. We recently launched our LLM-powered chatbot and voicebot, serving over 200,000 customer interactions monthly. Our B2B GenAI platform, Propelix, aims to empower other companies with our advanced AI technology.

**Responsibilities:**
- Drive the development of Propelix from conception to execution, collaborating with early customers and iterating based on their feedback.
- Utilize customer insights to identify and build new features and processes that ensure customer success and drive growth.
- Conduct thorough inquiries to understand customer needs and tailor our technology to deliver measurable results.
- Own and execute the implementation process for Propelix, ensuring high levels of customer success and satisfaction.
- Manage all aspects of our B2B product, establishing Propelix as a leading GenAI platform in the insurance industry.

**Requirements:**
- Strong systems thinking, able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
- Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership over tasks.
- Exceptional organizational skills, capable of effective project management.
- Proficient in both written and verbal communication, able to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.

**Ideal Profile:**
- Bachelor’s degree in a rigorous discipline.
- 5-10 years of experience, ideally including structured problem-solving roles and experience developing products at an early-stage B2B SaaS startup.
