**Job Posting: Product Manager, CASE & AMA**

**Position Summary:**
Azelis Canada Inc., a leader in the distribution of active ingredients and specialty chemicals, is seeking a Product Manager for CASE & AMA. This position involves proactive management of suppliers, technical support, product launch coordination, and team development, among other responsibilities.

**Responsibilities:**
- Manage supplier relationships, including negotiations and meeting planning.
- Ensure timely product launches.
- Provide technical support for traditional CASE products, focusing on Resins and Polymers.
- Organize supplier meetings for strategy and training.
- Develop sales tools such as literature, presentations, and brochures.
- Create value propositions for customer segments.
- Maintain updated company information and product offerings.
- Collaborate with Azelis Americas Marketing team.
- Offer daily technical support for customer inquiries.
- Review weekly sales reports and provide monthly updates on sales and margins.
- Set stock reorder points and coordinate with Operations.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Adhere to corporate policies and HSE standards.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Product Management.
- Knowledge of OEMs, customers, competitors, and the Canadian market.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Independent and proactive approach to work.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Chempax).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French is an asset.

**Travel Requirements:**
- Travel within GTA, Montreal, and occasionally Western Canada and the USA (<5% overnight travel).

**Office Location:**
- Toronto, Ontario (Home office based with some in-office time).

**Reports to:**
- Business Unit Manager.
