**Job Posting: Product Manager, Home + Entertainment**

At Loblaw Home + Entertainment, we pride ourselves on offering innovative and trend-driven products that meet and exceed our customers' needs. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager/Developer to drive our control brand Tabletop agenda.

**What you'll do:**
- Increase Control Brand (CB) penetration, driving incremental profitability and sales through innovation and brand loyalty.
- Lead product development and business-planning processes across cross-functional teams including Product Management, Sourcing, Surface Design, Packaging Design, Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Category Management, and Marketing.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to set assortment direction.
- Monitor and report on trends, new products, and competitive activities to inform innovation strategy.
- Build strategic product plans that encompass business rationale, innovation classification, goals, financial analysis, and marketing communications.
- Develop and maintain production timelines across multiple departments.
- Manage the execution of the end-to-end product development cycle.

**What you bring:**
- Minimum 5-7 years of product management/merchandising or equivalent experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Project Management Certification and/or MBA is an asset.
- Proven experience leading all aspects of the product development lifecycle.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Exceptional analytical, financial, and presentation skills.
- Advanced understanding of marketing and merchandising practices.
- Subject matter expertise in the Tabletop/Entertaining category is a plus.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent public speaking abilities.
- Passion for home goods and design.
