Our team is dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Together, we are responsible for driving profitable growth within a key segment for TELUS: Small & Medium Business (SMB). Reporting to the Manager of 30+ Marketing Programs, you will lead the retention and renewal efforts for businesses with 30-100 employees. Join a team of passionate and results-oriented marketers within an integrated sales and marketing organization.
**What You’ll Do:**
- Strategize retention and renewal programs across wireline and wireless product solutions.
- Collaborate with sales and pricing teams to target customers at risk of churning or approaching contract expiry.
- Leverage data to drive the end-to-end strategy, execution, and performance management of outbound sales programs.
- Own the strategy, execution, and performance management of 30+ retention and renewal programs.
- Execute cross-functional projects with marketing, sales partners, and data teams to achieve program goals.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and analyze raw data to derive actionable insights for future programs.
- Simplify complex data results into easy-to-understand presentations for various audiences, including regular updates to leadership.

- Strong foundation in data analytics with the ability to synthesize data and make data-driven strategic decisions.
- Capacity to balance both strategy and marketing execution.
- Detail-oriented and thorough.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to develop strong relationships across key stakeholders.
- Flexible and adaptable to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated ownership and initiative, with a sense of urgency and self-direction.
- Proficient with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is an asset.
- Experienced in presenting and advocating recommendations to senior leaders.
- Undergraduate degree in business or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of progressive work experience, preferably in strategy and/or B2B marketing.
