**Job Summary:**
The Product Operations Lead is a vital part of the store leadership team, responsible for executing the store product strategy, including product operations and inventory management. This role involves leading inventory shifts, overseeing back of house (BOH) product operations, and ensuring both the sales floor and BOH are stocked and well-organized. The Product Operations Lead also provides input on team member performance evaluations, contributes to hiring decisions, and acts as Supervisor on Duty (SOD) while leading inventory shifts.
**Core Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with store leadership to implement product strategy.
- Manage and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Execute product actions, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Engage team members in inventory management to foster a fun and productive atmosphere.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy.
- Analyze daily business data to inform actions and recommendations for store leadership.
- Participate in the hiring process, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
- Provide ongoing feedback, recognition, and coaching to team members to support their development.
- Foster a respectful and inclusive team environment.
**Job Requirements:**
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Reliable transportation to assigned store.
- Flexible schedule, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
**Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Familiarity with inventory management, merchandising, stocking, or logistics.
- Experience in leading, mentoring, or implementing processes with others.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution centers, or warehouse operations.
- Food safety and/or liquor service certification for experiential stores with food/beverage service.

**Work Environment:**
- Involves moving throughout the store, working both on the sales floor and in the back of house, sometimes under bright lights and loud music.

**Compensation & Benefits:**
- Base Pay Range: $20.75 - $23.86/hour.
- Target Bonus: $3.00/hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $23.75 - $26.86/hour.
