**About The Role:**
We are looking for a Product Owner to join our growing team! Reporting to the Manager, National Projects (Commercial Lines National Operations and Planning), you will work on the National Contact CL project. The focus will be to build strong relationships with multiple business teams and IT in order to manage a national business backlog of priorities.

**Workplace:** Any of our offices across Canada.

**What You'll Do:**
- Define the MVP and strategy to roll out the vision.
- Collaborate with the team to define the product vision and objectives.
- Manage the product backlog by creating and prioritizing stories based on business priorities.
- Communicate progress and deadlines.
- Understand customer needs and fit of the product.
- Define KPIs and objectives, ensuring business objectives are met through data analytics.
- Mitigate risks by addressing product quality concerns and proposing actions.
- Guide and support team members to achieve project success.
- Foster a positive change environment and coach others in problem-solving.
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with others.

**What You Bring To The Table:**
- Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Typically requires 5-8 years of experience in the insurance industry with a focus on commercial lines (P&C).
- CBAP certification is an asset.
- Exposure to large-scale or national projects.
- Proven knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Understanding of the application development cycle, especially requirements definition and testing strategy.
- Ability to multitask in teams or matrix environments.
- Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec.
