CPA Ontario is currently in search of a Professional Development Coordinator who will be responsible for the administration and coordination of all aspects of the professional development programs offered by CPA Ontario.
**What You’ll Be Doing:**
- Coordinating Professional Development (PD) programs, including supporting the delivery of live workshops and online learning programs.
- Building events in the Learning Management System, onboarding instructors, creating instructor contracts, and administering the department customer mailbox.
- Entering event information and materials into the event registration system and learning management system (LMS) prior to events/sessions and notifying registrants of its availability.
- Negotiating and preparing contracts for events, coordinating with instructors, and obtaining approval and tracking payments for invoices from event suppliers.
- Coordinating administrative activities to ensure smooth execution of courses, distributing course information and materials to participants and instructors, summarizing evaluations, and assisting with edits to update course materials.
- Partnering and communicating with the PD team and the Marketing department to promote and market courses.
- Communicating and liaising with the Customer Service Centre (CSC) and responding to inquiries from event participants, members, and other stakeholders promptly.
**Who You Are:**
- A post-secondary graduate with a degree or diploma in Business or a related discipline.
- Experienced in training delivery, training operations, event planning, event coordination, or a similar field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and ideally experienced with Salesforce or other CRM software and Learning Management Systems.
- A strong communicator (verbal and written) with excellent interpersonal, relationship building, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Able to prioritize multiple deadlines and excel at time management with a high degree of attention to accuracy and detail.
