**Job Title: Learning & Development Program Manager**

**About The Role:**
This role collaborates across divisions to deliver Learning & Development (L&D) programs aligned with Magna’s strategic priorities. The primary focus is on the successful delivery of global leadership and operational development programs and ensuring standardized program content across regions.

**Your Responsibilities:**
- **Program Management:**
- Coordinate and manage the execution of the Operations Management Accelerator.
- Manage leadership development programs in collaboration with the Corporate L&D team.
- Serve as the primary contact for Corporate L&D, focusing on program implementation and delivery.
- Collaborate with regional L&D managers for effective program adoption and adherence to standards.
- Work with external partners to deliver aligned content and evaluate training success globally.
- Track and report learning outcomes to demonstrate program impact.

- **Administration & Event Management:**
- Handle logistics for program events.
- Analyze learning metrics and report to senior leaders.
- Manage participant registrations, track attendance, and monitor program progress using the Magna LMS.

**Who We Are Looking For:**
- 3-5 years of experience in learning and development.
- Degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning evaluation.
- Experience in program design and learning management.
- Event management and coordination skills.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Regular travel required; average estimated at 25%.
