**Job Title:** Program Marketing Manager

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Program Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies, events, webcasts, and online educational content that drives engagement, growth, and success for our programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts align with our business objectives and resonate with our target audience. Experience in the Senior Living industry would be a real advantage for any applicant.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Event Planning & Execution (Live Events) - 30%**
- Develop event agenda and source speakers.
- Source and book venues for all events, considering industry and distributor events.
- Organize all event requirements including online registration sites, mobile events app, promotional items, group registration, host/emcee notes, presentation templates, and team assignments.
- Coordinate logistics with venues including food, room setup, and AV requirements.
- Communicate with speakers to determine and coordinate requirements.

- **Event Planning & Execution (Webcasts) - 30%**
- Develop webcast calendar and source speakers.
- Organize all logistical requirements for webcasts including registration design and presentation materials.
- Publish webcast content and act as facilitator/host on live webcast date.
- Communicate webcast engagement results and recommend follow-up actions.

- **Online Courses**
- Assist in managing the review and update schedule of all online courses.

- **Program Development and Marketing Campaigns - 15%**
- Identify opportunities for enhancements to education programs and develop marketing campaigns collaboratively with the marketing team.

- **Field Support & Engagement - 5%**
- Provide corporate support to Account and Sales Managers.

- **Measurement & Analysis - 10%**
- Monitor event attendance and engagement, prepare reports, and apply learnings to enhance education programs.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum two (2) year college diploma in marketing or communications. A Bachelor’s degree is an asset.
- Minimum five (5) years of marketing, communication, and event management experience.
- Proficiency in event management software (e.g., Cvent), email marketing software (e.g., Mailchimp), and ON24.
- Experience in photography and video editing software is an asset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
