**Company Overview:**
Our team is seeking a Project Manager who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a background in graphics. This role is ideal for those who want to work on large CPG packaging designs.

**Role Overview:**
As a Project Manager, you will reverse engineer artwork and utilize your prepress expertise to ensure that the artwork is accurate, printable, and adheres to brand consistency. If you have a graphics background, this is an excellent opportunity to gain knowledge about the prepress packaging industry.

**Duties & Responsibilities:**

**Coordination (80%):**
- Open dockets and assess materials received.
- Receive product definitions from Turnover meetings and list instructions in Docket.
- Ensure the Project scope is defined in the docket and adhere strictly to internal job costing procedures.
- Ensure accurate information on design files, layouts, and specifications received from sales and/or customers, and coordinate with appropriate parties.
- Complete all shipping documents.
- Participate in art turnover meetings with SGS Production Manager(s) and operators to ensure correct transfer of information for job completion.
- Have knowledge of the prepress and structural design of various packaging types such as cartons, pouches, bags, bars, corrugated boxes, and trays.

**Traffic Coordinator (20%):**
- Quality Control: Review finished packages against a PDF or electronic file.
- Assess acceptable reproduced packages to specified standards.
- Coordinate and control incoming and outgoing merchandise for specific clients.
- Assist in the assembly of package prototypes; cartons, pouches, containers, boxes, and bags to acceptable standards, if required.
- Coordinate distribution and shipment of finished samples to meet customer deadlines.
- Communicate and coordinate production with manufacturing as required.
