**About The Role:**
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Commercial Lines/Specialty Solutions Ops & Planning team. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our Commercial Insurance strategic projects by managing stakeholder needs, collaborating with internal partners, and overseeing project resourcing and timelines.

**Responsibilities:**
- Oversee project vision within the program.
- Track project evolution and communicate progress in line with corporate policies and standards.
- Manage project risks, including contingency and critical path.
- Resolve issues and suggest alternatives to achieve objectives.
- Ensure appropriate methodology is used throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide necessary tools and resources to the team.

**Qualifications:**
- 5+ years of experience leading projects successfully, negotiating scope, budget, and timelines.
- Strong business, strategic, and financial acumen.
- Ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient written communication skills with comfort in presenting to various audiences.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams across multiple locations and business areas.
- Experience in P&C Insurance and Agile Planning Methodology is an asset.
- Bilingualism is required for candidates located in Quebec.
