**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with product managers, program managers, and other project managers to establish delivery methods for project plans in conjunction with cross-functional development teams.
- Manage an assigned portfolio of projects on a day-to-day basis, executing within agreed-upon timelines, scope, and budget.
- Guide, coach, and empower the team by facilitating discussions, decision-making, conflict resolution, and delivery of committed work goals.
- Conduct and lead scheduled ceremonies for all active delivery sprints, including task prioritization and resolution of any blockers.
- Utilize DevOps to manage, track, and report on Sprint progress.
- Apply effective workflow management techniques (e.g., Kanban, Scrum Boards).
- Exhibit servant leadership by expediting issue resolution and collaborating with team members to resolve impediments.
- Regularly gather feedback and revise project plans/materials as required.
- Communicate risks to delivery leads and project team members as appropriate.
- Assist in the preparation of communication materials for various management forums.
- Support assignment and mobilization of cross-functional project resources and prioritize resource management with product managers.
- Monitor delivery team performance and morale and explore opportunities for improvement.

**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field (computer science, information systems, business management, engineering).
- Project Management Institute PMP certification desired.
- Scrum Master Certification desired.
- 3-8+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Prior experience coaching teams in Agile adoption or as a Scrum Master.
- Investment business knowledge for Capital Markets and Private Markets is preferred.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, uncertainty, and changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work on multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Eagerness to learn new topics and improve efficiencies.
- Proven experience in planning, monitoring, and reporting on projects using both traditional and iterative approaches.
- Proficiency with Microsoft DevOps and familiarity with enterprise architecture and IT governance frameworks.
- Prior experience working with financial institutions is beneficial.

**Work Environment:**
