**Requirements:**
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Django or Flask framework
- Ability to craft new API specifications and develop according to provided specifications
- Consideration of long-term maintenance when creating or modifying functionality
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Professional, empathetic, and a team player
- Problem solver, proactive, and a go-getter
