**Preferred Experience:**
Ideally, you have some exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or other complex multifactor industries.

**Requirements:**
- 10+ years of hands-on experience with the Django or Flask framework.
- Proven experience delivering business-critical software to large enterprises.
- Previous experience with Django Rest Framework is advantageous.
- Ability to craft new API specifications and develop according to provided specifications.
- Consideration of long-term maintenance when creating or modifying software.
- English fluency, both verbal and written.
- Professional, empathetic team player.
- Strong problem-solving skills; proactive and results-oriented.
