**Responsibilities:**
- Manage timelines and deliverables within the team for successful project delivery.
- Design software solutions by collaborating with portfolio managers, traders, operations staff, and peers to understand requirements.
- Develop solutions aligned with the client's technology biases that deliver efficiency and scalability, and support new trading activities.
- Provide knowledge transfer to team members and support staff through application demos, walkthroughs, and documentation.

**Mandatory Skills:**
- Experience in Python in an enterprise environment, covering the entire development life cycle.
- Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing capabilities to manage client expectations.
- Proficient technical skills with Postgres SQL, Dynamo DB, Neptune, and Elastic/Open Search.
- Experience with production-level programming.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**
- Experience in financial services and the capital markets domain.

- English: C1 Advanced
