**Area of Responsibility:**
Reporting to the Coordinator, Development and Training, the Quality and Learning Specialist will be accountable for ensuring exceptional quality service and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include:

- Designing and delivering training programs for frontline staff on new processes, technology, and ongoing professional development.
- Developing and maintaining a Rewards and Recognition program to celebrate team achievements.
- Utilizing data and metrics to monitor team performance, identifying training needs, and supporting continuous improvement through feedback and coaching.
- Creating engaging training modules leveraging technology and collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Facilitating training and support for Service Brampton and the Call Centre.
- Reviewing and optimizing operational processes to improve service delivery.
- Assisting with the evaluation of service levels and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

**Selection Criteria:**

**Education:**
Post-secondary Diploma or Degree in Office or Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

**Experience:**
Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in learning and development and/or quality assurance.

**Skills and Attributes:**
- Exceptional presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Strong motivation and ability to drive improvements.
- Focus on customer service, with attention to detail in maintaining quality.
- Effective communication and coaching capabilities for diverse audiences.
- Experience with E-Learning products (e.g. Articulate) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at multitasking.
- Knowledge of registration software (e.g. Perfect Mind) and quality assurance practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of municipal government processes is an asset.
- Flexibility to work varying hours to support 24/7 operations.
- Access to transportation for travel to City facilities.

**Interview Process:**
