**Key Responsibilities:**
- Monitor and manage mortgage accounts in early stages of delinquency.
- Work with clients to identify default issues and provide guidance.
- Communicate effectively with borrowers via phone, email, and correspondence.
- Negotiate arrangement plans to resolve client obligations.
- Accurately document all interactions and account activity.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and order necessary checks from external stakeholders.

**Qualifications:**
- Understanding of collections, mortgage terms, and risk management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- University degree or college diploma, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
- Well-organized and comfortable working independently or in a team.
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
- Bilingual skills (English and French) are an asset.
