**Job Posting: Regional Director, Talent and Development (HR)**

**Overview:**
The Regional Director, Talent & Development, reporting to the VP, Talent & Development, is responsible for strategic and operational functions within Talent & Development, including recruitment, performance management, team member relations, compensation, training, and development. This position oversees multiple bakeries and distribution centers across Ontario, ensuring that HR needs align with business objectives.

**Primary Responsibilities:**
- Implement and manage Talent & Development programs including team member engagement, recruitment, learning and development, and compensation.
- Provide guidance to leaders on organizational design, performance management, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and laws through necessary policies and procedures.
- Support change management and communication across the organization.
- Oversee internal communications initiatives and support implementation of new channels.
- Hire, train, and engage on-site Talent & Development teams.
- Mentor Talent & Development Business Partners.
- Develop leadership through targeted strategies in talent and performance management.
- Partner with Labour Relations team to manage labor relations and assess HR risks.
- Provide guidance on employment policies to ensure compliance and positive relations.
- Lead complex investigations and partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement and execute projects identified through T&D initiatives.

**Required Experience:**
- 10+ years in Human Resources, preferably in Manufacturing.
- Minimum 7 years in a leadership capacity within HR.
- Completed post-secondary education in HR Management.
- CHRP designation or working towards it is an asset.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Must be able to travel across the GTA area.
