**Your Impact:**
As the Marketing Manager for the NOAM region, you will work closely with local commercial teams to define and implement a marketing plan that captures demand and builds our brand. You will understand the target customer deeply and develop strategies that leverage local insights.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop strategic marketing plans for North America to attract, acquire, and retain valuable customers.
- Collaborate with global marketing teams to align regional priorities and complement global initiatives.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including managing creative development and execution.
- Optimize budget allocation across channels to maximize ROI.
- Build an experimentation plan to enhance marketing performance.
- Work with the sales team to understand lead quality and funnel performance.
- Develop co-marketing strategies with regional partners.

**Your Expertise:**
- 5+ years of experience in B2B tech marketing campaigns.
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in creating innovative strategies based on industry trends and customer insights.
- Proven experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience driving cross-functional teams towards project goals.
