**Reporting To:** Ontario Business Manager (OBM)

**Key Accountabilities:**
- Collaborate with the National Cable Specialists team to meet sales and margin targets.
- Establish and implement strategic initiatives for profitable growth of the Division.
- Work cooperatively with teammates in the administration of sales transactions.

**Duties:**
- Perform all job functions in accordance with the NCS International Standard Practice Instruction (SPI) Manual.
- Provide outside sales support to drive new business opportunities with existing customers.
- Lead the Account Manager (AM) team to achieve sales and margin targets.
- Develop strategies for key customers in collaboration with the AM team.
- Address customer queries and complaints in a timely manner to ensure satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for internal and external growth related to products, customers, processes, and resources.
- Build strong relationships with senior management at key customer accounts and with vendors.
- Implement vendor initiatives with the sales team.
- Ensure team members have the necessary tools and support to perform effectively.
- Coordinate various sales and administrative functions, including pricing quotations, order entry, and communication of KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence to the purchasing team and stay informed on sales objectives, product lines, vendor objectives, and competitor activities.
- Maintain effective communication between Operations, Purchasing, and Administration regarding capacity challenges and service issues.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry changes through training.
- Participate in annual forecasting meetings and maintain communication with the OBM on successes and challenges.
- Attend weekly Ontario sales, administration, and operations conference calls.
- Perform any other duties as required by the OBM.
