**Job Title: Senior Lead Consultant (Senior Solution Architect)**

**Position Overview:**
Apex is seeking a dynamic Solution Architect Lead with strong consultative skills to act as a hands-on Technical Leader in our Solutions Delivery Organization. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, lead a team of architects and engineers, and ensure the successful design, development, and delivery of solutions. You will also provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to internal technical consultants.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Build strong internal and external customer relationships.
- Facilitate collaboration and report metrics to executive-level clients.
- Serve as a subject matter expert with expert-level technical knowledge.
- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical tasks for the development team.
- Lead team members to ensure high-quality deliverables meet project deadlines.
- Participate in supporting sales pursuits by providing technical guidance, estimates, and scoping.
- Identify opportunities for improving processes and delivering innovative solutions.

**Client Specific Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all aspects of client implementation/deployment.
- Serve as the senior-most technological representative to clients during project phases.
- Hire, train, and manage a team of solution architects.
- Establish best practices for project delivery, especially in integrations with enterprise systems.

**Qualifications:**
- 10+ years of Software Development and Engineering Experience (SDLC).
- 6+ years of Solution Architecture experience, managing and mentoring teams.
- Proficiency in API design, integrations, and performance metrics analysis.
- Strong AWS and/or Azure API Integration experience.
- Experience with Python, Java, and database design (Relational and non-SQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.

**Preferred Skills:**
- Knowledge of UI frameworks such as React and Angular.
- Experience with AI technologies (Azure AI & Open AI).
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and client-facing roles.

**Education:**
- BA/BS in Computer Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields preferred.
