**Position Overview:**
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will oversee the planning and insights function of our Revenue Operations team. You will manage one to two functional analysts—dedicated to Sales and Customer Success—providing mentorship and guidance to unlock their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee and mentor functional analysts, ensuring high-value contributions to the revenue team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue planning models in collaboration with Revenue VPs and Finance stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement through data-driven decision-making alongside Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide visibility into key performance indicators for leadership.
- Advocate for data integrity to support revenue planning and compensation operations.
- Manage monthly and quarterly reporting cycles, ensuring data accuracy and insightful analysis.
- Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to integrate insights into broader revenue strategies.
- Drive initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of the planning and insights function.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- 4-6 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong background in financial reporting, data analytics, and revenue forecasting.
- Proven experience in managing analytics teams and developing strategic insights.
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, CRMA).
- Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Experience with other CRM and analytical tools.
- Deep expertise in revenue forecasting methodologies.
