**Your Role Within The Team**
- Oversee and execute the risk management process, preparing risk management plans.
- Implement risk management activities in compliance with best business practices and corporate procedures.
- Utilize corporate systems and tools to support processes.
- Lead risk identification workshops across various levels of the organization.
- Conduct risk evaluations using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods.
- Develop and deploy quantitative risk assessment approaches.
- Advise management and joint venture partners on mitigation strategies.
- Partner with project teams to monitor risk mitigations.
- Collaborate with planners to identify potential risks linked to project schedules.
- Liaise with the Engineering Risk and Insurance group to establish an insurable risk profile.
- Maintain accurate and current project and program risk registers.
- Prepare internal and external progress reports for multiple stakeholders.
- Continuously seek improvements to the risk management process.
- Support the team during project peer reviews.
- Generate lessons learned reports related to risks.
- Analyze risk and safety data to design process improvements.

**The Ideal Candidate**
- 6-10 years of experience in risk management within the Engineering and Construction industry.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with risk management software such as @Risk, Active Risk Manager, Primavera risk analysis, or Acumen Fuse.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent advisory and facilitation skills.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Prior experience on mega projects valued at over $1 billion.
