**What’s the Opportunity?**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced **RPA Developer** with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Automation Anywhere. You will be part of a growing RPA team tasked with developing and implementing automation solutions that enhance the efficiency of business processes.

**What You’ll Do:**
- Develop automated processes adhering to standard design principles using Automation Anywhere.
- Configure new processes and maintain clear documentation.
- Ensure design solutions meet business requirements.
- Participate in design thinking sessions with other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve process issues promptly.
- Assist operational teams during user acceptance testing (UAT) and roll-out phases.
- Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes for efficiency.

**What You Bring to the Team:**
- University Degree in Computer Science or related area.
- 5+ years of experience in RPA development.
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere 360 (mandatory), including experience with Document Automation and Co-Pilot.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as VB, C#, Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of SQL databases, REST APIs, XML, and Intelligent Automation.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
