**Ideal Candidate:**

We seek candidates with exposure to Logistics, FinTech, Transportation, Insurance, Media, or other complex multifactor industries.

**Requirements:**

- 7+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails, Heroku, Redis, Elastic Search, and Sidekiq queue. A technical assessment will be required.
- Backend expertise in developing large-scale products across various programming languages.
- Solid experience with SQL databases; PostgreSQL experience is a bonus.
- Experience designing and implementing automated test suites for complex applications.
- Familiarity with Microservices and architecting high-throughput systems; Docker experience is a bonus.
- Ability to take ownership of a project, identify gaps, and ensure production-ready releases.
