**Overview**
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our team at Achievers and kickstart their sales career. If you are entrepreneurial, a self-starter, and excited about prospecting Fortune 500 companies, this is the role for you!

**Responsibilities**
- Take full autonomy in controlling your sales strategy.
- Connect via phone/email with HR leaders in large enterprise companies to initiate conversations and qualify meetings for your Account Executive.
- Collaborate with a team in our new office in Liberty Village (Toronto) with the flexibility to work remotely part-time.
- Engage in prospecting, skill development, team collaboration, and recognition.
- Connect with prospects at varying levels of interest via phone/email/social media.
- Collaborate with your team and Account Executives on innovative prospecting methods.
- Design targeted campaigns to engage prospects in your territory.
- Utilize sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Vidyard, and Sales Navigator.
- Develop your sales skills and career alongside your daily activities.
- Foster team spirit by recognizing your peers.

**Qualifications**
- Post-secondary education (or equivalent experience).
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic.
- Clear written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
