**What You'll Do:**
As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified opportunities for your Account Executives. Your primary duties will include:

- Qualifying inbound and outbound leads via phone, web, email, and corporate events.
- Engaging with leads through multiple channels, including phone, Drift chat, and email.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
- Achieving and exceeding metrics for appointments and qualified leads.
- Utilizing advanced tools and digital assets to enhance outreach efforts.
- Participating in development programs focused on leadership and sales readiness.

**What You Bring:**
- 1-3 years of professional experience, or a relevant post-secondary degree or certification.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively connect with customers and colleagues.
- A proactive approach to professional growth and teamwork.

**Compensation:**
The targeted combined compensation range for this position is CAD 87,100 - 148,100, inclusive of base salary and variable incentives.
