**Position Overview**
We are seeking a Sales Enablement Specialist who is passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences and identifying growth opportunities. In this role, you will report to the Sr. Manager of Strategy & Sales Enablement and will serve as a vital link between our Sales and Service teams. You will use data to identify strategic opportunities and develop actionable plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead equipment upgrades and renewals, engaging customers with exclusive product benefits.
- Proactively identify sales opportunities by attending service calls and meetings.
- Support the Service Lead Share Program to empower service technicians in identifying sales leads.
- Gather market insights by collecting references and testimonials for the Sales Enablement Team.
- Create comprehensive customer experience plans in collaboration with Sales, Service, Marketing, and Business Planning.
- Facilitate program improvements by gathering feedback from Service Leaders and technicians.
- Contribute to the visibility of Canon’s services through development of presentations and marketing materials.
- Assist in KPI development, monitor performance, and prepare executive reports.

**Qualifications:**
- Passion for empowering customers to transform their businesses.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Post-secondary education in Business or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or marketing.
- Intermediate analytical skills to assess customer requirements.
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Intermediate project/process management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
- Fluency in both French and English is an asset.
